How We Find & Verify Coupons

Every code on CouponsBeast is checked by a person before it goes live. Here is exactly how we do it, and how we make money.

A coupon website is only useful if the codes work. This page explains how we find offers, how we check them, what our labels mean and how we keep the site free.

Where our offers come from

  • Directly from brands and their affiliate programmes. Many stores share their current codes and promotions with partner websites like ours.
  • Store websites and newsletters. We check brand homepages, sale pages and email newsletters for public offers.
  • Shoppers. When you tell us a code did or did not work, that feedback goes straight to our team.

How we check a code

  1. We read the terms. Minimum spend, excluded brands, new-customer rules and end dates are written on the offer so you know them before you shop.
  2. We test it where we can. We add a qualifying item to the basket on the store's website and apply the code to see that the discount appears.
  3. We set an end date. If the store gives an expiry date and time, we add it. Once it passes, the offer is hidden or clearly labelled "Expired" automatically.
  4. We re-check. Store pages show the date they were last checked and the name of the person who checked them.

What the labels mean

  • Verified: we have confirmed the offer with the brand or tested it ourselves.
  • Exclusive: a code or deal agreed with the brand for CouponsBeast shoppers.
  • Success rate: the share of shoppers who said a code worked, using the "Did it work?" buttons. We only show it once real votes exist.
  • Expired: the end date has passed. Some expired codes still work, so we sometimes keep them visible for a short time.

Why a checked code can still fail

Stores can end a promotion early, limit it to certain products or accounts, or cap the number of uses. If a code fails, check the terms on the offer, then let us know with the "No" button so we can re-check it quickly.

How we make money

CouponsBeast is free. When you click through to a store and buy something, the store may pay us a small commission. It never changes the price you pay or the discount you get, and it does not decide which offers we show. Read our Affiliate Disclosure for full details.
