RW941BP: sharper printing for product labels

The RW941BP is the 300 dpi version with the same 150mm per second speed and 40 to 110mm width range. MUNBYN says its print head is rated for around 980,000 labels. The extra resolution matters for tiny text, detailed logos and dense barcodes, but it makes little visible difference on a standard courier label.

RW401AP: Wi-Fi and AirPrint

The RW401AP swaps Bluetooth for 5GHz Wi-Fi and AirPrint, prints at 300 dpi, and works driver-free from iPhones, iPads and Macs. PC Guide's review found its prints sharp and AirPrint setup smooth, while noting that its design features add less value if you only print plain shipping labels.

RW405B: dual-colour labels

The RW405B, reported by Notebookcheck at its October 2025 launch, can print two colours such as black and red when you use dual-colour label stock. It also has a replaceable print head. It is a niche pick for sellers who want highlighted "fragile" or branded labels; standard black labels are cheaper to run.

Can a MUNBYN label printer connect to a laptop by Bluetooth?

This is the question that catches out the most buyers. On the RW941 Bluetooth models, MUNBYN states that Bluetooth works only with iOS and Android phones and tablets. Windows, macOS, Linux and Chromebook computers must connect by USB.
